Orientation or Awareness Sessions
The SCEL staff regularly schedules "Awareness or Public Information Sessions" for individuals or groups interested in implementing a cognitive enrichment program, through Instrumental Enrichment (IE).
SCEL can provide an awareness session for you if you contact the SCEL training center at (404) 366-9335 or email us at mwood@scel.org. These awareness sessions can last a half hour, two hours or even a half-day when scheduled for a large group. Introductory awareness sessions can also be targeted to administrators, teachers, parents, community leaders, business professionals, or practically any given public. In fact, an awareness session also makes for an outstanding civic club program.
